7. Service Levels & Support

11. Platform Conduct & Prohibited Uses
Users must not:
- -Engage in mass unsolicited communication or spamming.
- -Circumvent Facebook, CRM, or platform rate limits.
- -Scrape or harvest data from third-party services without authorization.
- -Use automation for deceptive or fraudulent purposes.
- -Attempt to bypass security controls or gain unauthorized access.
- -Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- -Violate any applicable laws, including export control, anti-money laundering, or sanctions regulations.
12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
AS-IS Basis: The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee specific sales increases, lead volumes, ROI, or performance outcomes. Results vary based on user implementation and market conditions.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Connect AI and Master Elite Sales Systems™ and their affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; damages arising from third-party platform actions, outages, or data loss; or damages resulting from unauthorized access, user error, or misuse of Services.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination
