A practical migration guide
Moving from Owini (formerly DealerPromoter) to QUANTUM starts with a scoped pilot: inventory feed, enrolled accounts, dealership connection, and CRM handoff. Agree on a cutover before overlapping posting services.
Use this checklist to preserve ownership of listings and leads, establish a baseline, and verify the new workflow before expanding.
Use a written cutover plan so the new system starts cleanly.
Export your active listings, lead sources, appointments, and account ownership. Record qualified appointments and sales for a comparable period.
Choose posting-only or Marketplace plus AI, then document rep count, training add-ons, CRM handoff, setup fees, and trial dates.
Identify the inventory feed owner and the network contact. QUANTUM confirms the Q.CONNECT device and account requirements before activation.
Agree on a small vehicle set and a cutover time. Avoid having two services create or renew the same listings on the same account.
Check price updates, sold removals, buyer escalation, appointments, and CRM records. Expand only after the dealership accepts the workflow.

Posting and CRM plans priced separately
Owini lists Vehicle Poster plans and separate CRM/AI packages. A posting price alone is not the price of the full CRM offer.

No. The vendor sources describe what is publicly advertised. Confirm exact availability, service levels, and total costs in a current written quote.
Request the free 45-day trial. QUANTUM confirms eligibility, setup fees, trial dates, and continuation terms before activation. Submitting the request does not start a subscription.
