Facebook Marketplace for Car Dealerships: Distribute.
Distribute is the inventory-marketing module of ASOS (Automotive Sales Operating System), powered by Quantum Connect AI. It auto-posts inventory from your IMS feed to each rep's personal Facebook Marketplace, up to 10 listings per rep per day, refreshed continuously, with FTC and 50-state compliance validated before every post, so your lot shows up where buyers already shop without anyone hunting for cars to list.

50-STATE ADVERTISING COMPLIANCE
We take FTC compliance seriously: every listing, every rep, every state.
Distribute is built for dealers and individual sales reps posting to Facebook Marketplace and digital syndication channels. Every post runs through federal FTC baseline checks plus state-specific rules before it goes live. Digital listings are permanent legal records. We treat them that way.
Download 50-State Compliance Guide (PDF)Critical FTC update (March 2026)
On March 13, 2026, the FTC sent warning letters to 97 auto dealership groups. The CARS Rule was vacated (Jan 2025), but FTC Act Section 5 deceptive-practices enforcement is fully in force. All-in pricing is now the federal enforcement standard. Digital listings are permanent legal records.

STATE-BY-STATE REQUIREMENTS
Federal rules apply everywhere. Each state below adds minimum disclosures on top, for dealership rooftops and individual rep accounts alike.
This reference framework is for operational guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. State regulations change frequently. Dealerships in high-risk states should engage qualified automotive advertising counsel. Last updated: May 2026.

PROOF · CALIFORNIA
From 30 to 142 Marketplace leads/month, same inventory, same market.
A six-rep franchised store in Northern California turned on Distribute in week one. Within 45 days they were averaging 142 inbound Marketplace leads per month, up from a 30-lead baseline. The only change: ASOS Distribute on top of their existing CDK + VinSolutions stack.

PROOF · TEXAS
Cut cost per lead 60% across a dealer group.
A four-rooftop dealer group in Texas replaced their Marketplace agency and consolidated to ASOS. Cost per lead dropped 60% in the first billing cycle while doubling Marketplace appointment volume. The agency was selling syndication; ASOS sells distribution where buyers actually shop.
