Start with the current account and policy

A software subscription does not establish permission to post. Review Meta’s Commerce Policies, the eligibility of the specific account, and the options shown in that account before choosing a dealership workflow. Commercial activity must be described accurately.

Meta announced the end of vehicle listings created through business Pages in January 2023. That change does not, by itself, establish that any specific commercial posting or automation method is permitted today.

Check the account before building the posting process

Use this practical checklist with your team. These are suggested actions, not promised results.

  • Read Meta's current Commerce Policies and the notices shown to the account you intend to use. Account eligibility is not established by owning software.
  • Confirm how the inventory source, enrolled account, dealership connection, and human review will work together. Do not misrepresent a commercial listing as a private sale.
  • Keep a record of rejected listings and resolve the stated reason. Never treat a fixed posting volume or a matching IP address as a guarantee against restrictions.

Keep listings accurate

Use the actual vehicle, current availability, correct mileage, and a truthful asking price. Show condition clearly and review whether disclosures need to be included for the transaction.

If a listing is rejected or the account receives a restriction, review the stated reason and use the available review process. Do not create misleading replacement accounts or relist unchanged prohibited content.

Do not confuse operating settings with platform rules

A vendor’s posting schedule is not proof of a universal Meta limit. There is no account-safety guarantee from a fixed daily number, a particular posting interval, or the use of the dealership’s IP address.

QUANTUM confirms the inventory feed, enrolled accounts, Q.CONNECT setup, and workflow during onboarding. Account eligibility and platform restrictions still apply.

Verify the workflow before expansion

Use a small approved sample to check vehicle details, updates, sold removals, buyer replies, and the CRM handoff. Keep a person responsible for account notices and unresolved exceptions.
